TREND: Embellished Shoulder Pads

Tasseled shoulder pads were a big hit in the 80's and then made a come-back in '09, but I'm still loving it! ♥

It's such a great way to add some glam to a simple top.

Don't you just want to revamp your blah cardigan now - 'cause I sure do.  Check out this super easy tutorial by Sanam of Day By Diva.

Enjoy!!

  3. @Gale - Yeah Jennifer Hudson, Kim K., and Beyonce too. Lol.

@Heidi - I don't think I could rock those shoulder pads, but they're so pretty to look at.

And I've missed blogging. Lately I've been feeling like time is on my side 'cause it gets darker alot later. - don't know if that makes sense to you.

Anyhow, hope you enjoy your weekend also.

  5. I love all these shoulders! I wish I could pull them off, whenever I see a top with embellished shoulders I have to stray away from it because I hate how they look on me haha

  7. @ Sanam - You're very welcome. Thanks for sharing that tutorial. I attempted to do it, but it didn't turn out so pretty. I must try again. :)

@ Ching & Yajaira - Thanks for visiting my blog.

@ Ann - I wish I could pull them off, but unfortunately I can't also. I end up looking like a little boy with broad shoulders. Hehehe.
